We also carry other specialty items sold by residents / small business owners of Pennsylvania.

The Process of Selling Online with Crafts & Arts of Pennsylvania

Sellers - This site is open only for residents of Pennsylvania and Northeast USA (you must have a valid physical address to sell in this store). We can create a page all about you - your biography along with listing your unique, handmade items.

You, the seller:

• set your prices - the wholesale price you want to receive and we'll mark up the price for our fees
• send us your photos
• provide descriptions & weights
• provide biography of you & your work for your biography page (if applicable)
• receive notification of a sale via phone or email
• receive the shipping payment immediately when product sells via check or PayPal money transfer
• ship out the items in a timely manner
• send proof of shipment via phone or email (tracking number) to us so that we can notify customers of tracking numbers or when to expect the product
• recieve product fee approx 5 days after we receive a USPS confirmation number or UPS tracking number for the customer and customer has been contacted to see if they've received their product and everything is satisfactory.
• if prior arrangements are made, we can ship your products from 136 Deer Park Lane, Mehoopany, PA 18629 or 89 Parry St, Luzerne, PA 18709 or 11 Ethel Park Lane, Tunkhannock PA 18657.
• you are responsible for your own federal taxes, etc.

Crafts, Arts & More of Pennsylvania:

• lists your items online
• list product for 4 months unless sold sooner
• provide marketing services such as search engine optimization, listing in directories, postcard marketing, etc.
• provide the online payment merchant accounts & pays applicable fees
• pays for the shopping cart hosting, registration, insurance, merchant accounts, etc.
• provides USPS & UPS shipping accounts for you to use, if needed - more info available upon request
• collect the orders then send the information to you via email or phone
• send you the money for the shipping via check or PayPal and when we have received proof that the item has been shipped with a UPS tracking number or USPS information we send you the money for the product (price you quoted that you want to receive). NO HIDDEN FEES - no extra charges, no hidden fees. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible.
• you will receive monthly or quarterly statements of your sales.

Commission Fees for Selling Handcrafted Items

Listing your product in the store - includes uploading photos, typing descriptions, inputting pricing, creating warranties, setting up variations, meta tags for search engines, managing your customer list, customer service for your customers, paying for hosting fees, keeping the store up & running, etc.

• Registration is free
• No monthly service fees - only pay for services you use
• Free biography page with photos, logo (if applicable)
• You set wholesale price you want to receive and we mark up your price to allow for our fees - you may also recommend a retail price.
• All fees and items are listed in US Dollars. Currency conversion is handled automatically by our payment processing service like our merchant account.
• All fees are deducted for your check or paypal deposit each time an order is processed.
• If you are shipping the item, you will receive an email or voice message with the order details. You will receive a check via USPS for the price of the item plus shipping.
• If you want to use UPS, you may use our UPS account number to get a better price on on shipping fees. We can create the label for you and send it with your payment.
• YOU MUST SEND US VERIFICATION THAT THE ITEM HAS SHIPPED! We are working on an honor system that all orders are filled in a timely manner.

We do have a quality control, so everything must go through an application process before being accepted to sell on the site.

Crafts, Arts & More of Pennsylvania may purchase your products at a wholesale price and resell online. If we decide to purchase your handmade, handcrafted wholesale items, we still need descriptions, images, suggested retail pricing and a biography as we want to introduce the public to the artist / crafts person.
