Payment

-PAYMENTS -
We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Google Checkout.

-CANCELLATION of CUSTOM HANDMADE ITEMS POLICY -
Payment must be made within 48 hours of purchase. After the 48 hours, the item(s) will be relisted and a request will be submitted the artisan to cancel the transaction due to non-payment.

If there is a problem and payment will not go through, please contact LaceyvillePA.com within the 48 hour period to let me know of the situation.

Shipping

All items are shipped UPS or USPS, according to Federal Laws regarding specific items.
- USA shipping, all items are sent with delivery confirmation included.

If you need your item(s) sooner than First Class contact us and the item will be shipped Priority (additional shipping charges will apply).

Refunds and Exchanges

- If you are not satisfied with the purchase let us know the reason so we can address and accommodate your needs.

- Returns will be given, if the item(s) is returned within 7 days of receipt, in unused condition. Refunds of the entire purchase price minus shipping cost will apply.

- Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

- Custom orders are Non-Refundable
